This drop-in class is open to all levels, but prior pole experience or completion of our Pole Tease class is required. Our LyraPole class merges the best of both worlds and creates a new, exciting experience that you won't find anywhere else. Don't forget to wear shorts for class and get ready to challenge yourself in a fun and supportive environment.
