Got Questions

We got answers!

Can't find what you are looking for, contact us.

Where are you located?

Our classes are inside HEDDLE HILL at 1801 Rutherford Rd in Building 1 Suite 107. Come in through automatic sliding doors then through double gray doors. Continue down the hallway past the bathrooms. Across from us is the baseball (they will have workout equipment in their room). We are across the hallway from them on the right. Use this video for reference.

What should I wear?

For our pole based classes, LyraPole and S-Pole, we recommend shorts and sleeveless / tank tops. For our alternative (non pole) classes and our select specialty classes like FlyPole, Lyra would need leggings. All registrations will notate apparel recommendations.
**NO NUDITY ALLOWED**
*No baggy clothing. Lotions, oils, cocoa butter or any moisturizer is not permitted because it makes the pole slick. We have to use our body to grip the pole. Please  do not wear lotions for at least 2 hours prior to your class. Jewelry that dangles or restricts limb movement is also not permitted. (Rings, bracelets, necklaces.) Apparel must cover up the important parts (chest area/ breast, genitalia areas) as we are in a family friendly facility. If you are unsure, please reach out and ask.*/ tank tops. For our alternative (non pole) classes and our select specialty classes like FlyPole, Lyra would need leggings. All registrations will notate apparel recommendations.

Is anyone and everyone welcomed?

Of course! We accept anyone and everyone! The only thing we ask is that you be 18+, respectful of others and a positive attitude. We do not accept any hate or disrespect to our instructors, students and our neighbors here inside Heddle Hill. We all are human beings and we all deserve respect. Everyone deserves to learn. You will be asked to leave and no refunds.

Is pole and aerial arts a workout?

Most definitely! Pole and Aerial is a calisthenics (full body) workout. With pole and aerial, you will be increasing your strength, stamina, flexibility, confidence, self love and a community . All classes will hit all these elements in one way or another.

What is the difference between "Series" and "Drop In" classes?

Our "Drop In" classes are an open curriculum and those class dates and times vary. Our "Series" classes are on a specific day and time for 4 weeks for 1.5 hours each week. The "Series" is broken down to 'mini series' so every 'mini series' is different but all "mini series' build on each other.
