How to book:

1) Look over our package and choose your package with apparatuses theme.

2) Contact us by email. Provide us your full name, phone number, which package and party apparatus theme, occasion (if any), dates and times you are interested in. 

3) Deposits are require at the time of booking to lock in your party request. No party will be honored without deposit and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Terms & Conditions

1) NO Alcohol, vaping, smoking will be allowed. If you are intoxicated or under the influence, your party will be terminated and NO refunds will be given. Celebrate afterwards off the premises! 

2) No late start on parties. We start at the time of booking. In order words, if you are late, we will NOT extend your time.  Parties will end at the time they are scheduled to end. 

3) No decorations, foods, snacks are allowed due to limited spacing.  We apologize for this inconvenience but we want to make sure you get plenty of time on our party apparatuses. 

4) Final Payment is due before the party starts. Final payment will be head count minus deposit. No participants past the Maximum number per party. 

5) All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits are forfeited if party has to be rescheduled so a new deposit will be required. 

6) Once the package has been booked (including the number of participants that was stated during booking), parties can not be downgraded. For example; if you book a Ruby (2 hours), you can not downgrade to Scarlet (1.5 hours). As well as a Scarlet (1.5 hours) with 7 people, can downgrade to 6 participants at time of party BUT MUST PAY for the cost of 7 that was quoted at time of booking. (Can upgrade to max of 9 participants for that package). 

7) EVERYONE must complete a waiver by clicking on this link. The link will be provide with booking confirmation. Have your participants/guests complete before party to speed up the check-in process. 

8) We are located inside MOTIVE School of Movement. Be respectful when entering facility. They offer kids classes throughout the day. 

9) NO RECORDING OF THE INSTRUCTOR during their talking/explanation please. You are welcome to record yourself and others (with their consent).
