Congratulations on the start of your journey or Congratulations on strengthen your foundations. Pole 1 Series will begin with the basic beginner level moves and builds from them. Every series is built off the previous series. You are provided conditioning moves, Pole combo and proof needs to be submitted for feedback to help strengthen your foundations.
