Service Description

Take your pole skills to new heights with Pole 3. In this intermediate to high-intermediate level class, you'll learn how to invert in the air while maintaining at least 3 points of contact with the pole. Perfect for Level 3 competitors, this class will challenge you and help you achieve your aerial pole goals. Pre-requisite for this class is instructor approval.
