Create longer, cleaner lines with Lines & Splits — a flexibility and conditioning class designed for pole artists and movement lovers. This class focuses on developing front splits, middle splits, and oversplits through a blend of active mobility, deep stretching, and targeted strength work. We use resistance bands, yoga blocks, and supportive props to safely increase flexibility while building the strength needed to remove microbends, improve extension, and create more polished lines. Whether you're working toward your first split or refining your shapes, this class helps you move with deeper flexibility, stronger control, and more confident presentation — on and off the pole.
