Knee pads are recommended, and heels are optional, but be prepared for all the shenanigans! Come and join us for an exciting workout that will leave you feeling empowered and confident.

Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable. No refund or credit will be given after registration. Classes will be cancelled 3 hours prior to class start time if only 1 person is registered. If class is cancelled per low attendance, you will receive a credit for future class. Thank you.
